what went wrong?

I got an 85 Iroc with rebuild 406 engine. I swaped my injectors to 30 lbs/h. Anyway when I broken my engine, I had the stock prom and ecm (870) and the car ran ok with hard idle. then, I swaped the ecm to 165 and modifed my stock wirring. for the prom, I used 6E and I disabled vats and changed my injector to 30lbs. now My car does not idle at all, and if I step on the gas my rpm goes to 1500~2000 rpm. I check the wiring few times and it seemed to be good. What could be wrong??
Thanks, Ivan

I changed them all at once. I have no 9th injector because I am using super ram, and I did not disable it from the prom
