DFI gen 6, what do i need to run nitrous thru DFI?

DFI gen 6, what do i need to run nitrous thru DFI?
I have a question for those of you running a gen 6 DFI setup with nitrous controlled by the ecm. First off, can i make my own wire harness to plug into the dfi harness? Not sure what else is needed other then a dry nozzle & bottle, also how difficult is it to tune it?
Any advice would be great, thanks
