LM-1 analog out inconsistant?

My LM-1 analog out channels are very inconsistant. Typically if I have the settings at 0 volt=10 AFR/ 5 volt= 20AFR the voltage is about .25 volts or so low when checked with my multimeter. I'm using AFR=(volts*2)+10.
Sometimes they're off by more, it's inconsistant. For a time analog 2 was stuck at 1.1 volts but after several firmware updates and a couple callibrations of both free air and heater it's now working but inconsistant.
Recently new LM-1 and the cable seems to be fine.
Anyone have ideas on how to figure this out?
Thanks.

What's above is a post I put on innovates LM-1 site. I haven't got a lot of response there so I was wondering if anyone here had a simillar problem with their LM-1 and how you fixed it? I would really like to use the WB VE learn feature on my new EBL but can't if I don't get this figured out.
Thanks.

This is a duplicate topic on TGO. It should have been here but got more response from the DIY board here.
