autoxray 2500

I have an 89 firebird 350 tpi and was wondering if i could use this on my car. I just want to be able to check service engine soon codes. I don't have my ses light on right now but i thought this could be usefull later on. Anyone use this product and like it.

As long as you have the OBD1 cable you can use the 2500 to check codes static and running.You can also store to download to your home computor.

I have an Actron 9190 I use on my '83 Z28 as well as my '95 Jimmy.Autozray and Actron are under the same company now as far as I know.

I just used the autoxray 6000 on my car. works perfectly, except it shows a MAP voltage of 2.0 volts, when there in no MAP in 1989.

awsome looks like i will have to get one. Where do i get the obd 1 wire at though and how much is it.

If you go to the link in my first post there are dealers/supplers listed.As for the OBD 1 cable if you buy the kit it comes in it along with EEClV(Ford),Chrysler and Import.Some come with a USB cable so you can transfer to your computor and update the reader.
