Hi All ! ! !

What I need is alittle off the topic in this room, you you are the guys that would know, I have a bunch in neon lights, interior and exterior; three sets of exterior under one car. I tried to hook everything up to a single optx music interface module and burn the module withing 5 minutes. I figure I was drawing to much from it since all the lights must get it's power from the module. How can I build a power relay that will deliver a large current to supply all my lights but wont turn in unless I feed power to a single remote wire? Like amplifiers for speakers do. I really appriciate feedback, but try to keep it down to earth, don't know anything about relay and risistors and stuff like that.
