Re: lookinf for tbi computer tuning

We've been tuning TBI setups around here for years. Lots of information on it and the ECMs GM used for the TBI setups. See the stickys on the DIY_PROM board for the tuning guide book. Chap 5 has a section on the '8063/'8746/'7747 ECMs.

RBob never pumps up his own gear, but if you really want to have a super tuneable TBI with great code, I would bypass burning chips and using the stock computer and got to his site, www.dynamicefi.com, and get the EBL flash. I have the classic, I tuned with the stock computer, I would never go back! I'm sure others can chime in here You can got to www.moates.net and buy craigs autoprom and/or ostrich, with a few chips and an adapter. You would need tunerpro or similar to edit the bins. It is fine tuning with the stock ECM, but using the EBL and the respective bin/XDF is SOOOOOOOO much better for a performace oriented TBI. especially big cams, intakes, nitrous, boost. Just my
