Accel dfi "Thruster" Any good?

I am debating using the accel DFI Thruster engine management system on my 85 T/A and cannot find any really detailed info on it.
The setup I am going to be running on the car is as follows;
sb chevy 383 with this intake
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
I am backing it up with a t-56 and wanting to run an ls-1 throttle body and possibly an ls-1 maf.
I am also rear mounting a 78 mm turbocharger (maybe larger, thats still in the air)
My goal is 750-800 HP (@ the flywheel)
This is not a daily driven car, but I want it to run well...
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks!

Just got my single plane 383 running with the Thruster setup. I like it a lot! Tuning so far has been very easy. Connect to my laptop and view everything realtime and make changes on the fly. I bought mine from Chris at http://www.mtpturbo.com/ he helped answer my questions and is very knowledgable. I would recommend giving him a call. I'm also using the Dual sync distributer. I'm going to be supercharging it over the winter. I couldn't be more happy with my setup.

also running 383 but with miniram and gen 7 setup and procharger. makes tuning a lot easier especially with a power adder. also bought mine from mtp and they were a big help with programming, i would contact them with your setup and request whatever details you seek. accel dfi tech line is a good source too but with some decent hold time.

For a local source to Phoenix, try Arizona TPI in Mesa. They can also provide tuning assistance and tech help with the install.
