leaving in open loop after tuning?

well i have been reading and reading and i have found that i will most likely hate tuning just because of closed loop and the blms.

I have no idea how to tune the blms, but i do understand they are based from the narrowband o2 sensor. I mean, i dont know how people derive the values of 128 for the blms......by datalogging using the aldl?

anyways, I am used to tuning by relying on the wbo2 (never tuned gm's). From what i understand, the wb reads very lean compared to the "accurate" blms of 128.

Well, is it better to tune in open loop including idle, part throttle and WOT and just leaving it in open loop for daily driving and relying on the wb02?

Or is it better to adjust the idle and part throttle with blm values and tune WOT with the wb02, then use closed loop for daily driving?

thanks

Re: leaving in open loop after tuning?

Bump...

Drive daily in open and tune everything with wideband including idle, part throttle, and wot

Or tune the blms at idle and part throttle and use wbo2 for wot and then drive fail in closed loop?
