How Hard to Delete A/C and A.I.R on PROM?

How Hard to Delete A/C and A.I.R on PROM?
Throwing this idea out there. Im taking my A/C off, so the pressure switch to turn on the fan is controlled by the ECM correct? Also i want to delete my AIR the right way, and have it changed so that it doesn't make the motor run leaner.
Is this all possible? To make the ecm think there is no a/c and no air? If it is, i would like someone to do it for me. How much would this cost? Also if someone on here can do this, please talk to me, ill pay you of course. Thanks guys.
