CUSTOM TUNING ADVIC NEEDED

This my first post here, been 10 years since I have had a TPI car. I have an 89 IROC that I am having trouble with.. The car has an old school paxton SC, AFR heads accell lingenfelter cam, suprram intake, headers, 4" catback and MSD ign. with boost timing master. The car did fine when it had the stock 350, occasionaly the idle would surge even before the blower but the blower made it worse.
now that the new engine is in the car wont run with the blower belt on, it runs ok with it off but idle surge is worse than ever. I think it just needs someone to custom tune it and burn a chip. i'm thinkng it has somehing to do with the maf, are the stock ones any good? I am using 30lb injectors are the enough?
Do you guys know a reputable tuner on the east coast? preferably oe in Charlotte NC or reasonably close.
