Scanner Reports: IAC Position 160

I'm having great difficulty getting my ALDL port to send info thru a ECM scanner. I did get a quick 'flash' of info last night where the scanner showed: 'IAC POSITION 160'.

I set my new IAC to a voltage, so am unsure what the 160 number represents? Nitro-Nicky

Re: Scanner Reports: IAC Position 160

The TPS is set to a voltage. The IAC is going to be at whatever steps the ECM commands it to be.
