MAF relay help
ok so i was not sure which relay was for the MAF burnoff.
so i did a continuity test on the red wire, and on the blue wire.
these 2 wires are the only 2 that go from the relay directly to
the MAF sensor. according to my haynes manual there's supposed
to be an orange wire, constantly hot.
and a blaclk/pink wire that comes on with the key, this wire is not
powering up.
my question is, is this supposed to be hot the whole time the key
is in the run position.

Re: MAF relay help
On the MAF burn-off relay, two pins should be hot all of the time. These are E and D.
They are fed from the battery via a wire with an in-line fuse. This also provides BAT+ to the ECM, fuel pump, and the MAF power relay.
This is pin A on the MAF power relay. And is shown as orange (which is the common color for battery power).
Pin E (red) on the MAF power relay will be hot whenever the fuel pump is running, or during the MAF burn-off time.

And where is the MAF relay located at?
