anyone know what color and pin # the wires are at the ecm for the iac on an 87 tpi motor.I have the 165 ecm but im haveing a high idel problem and im going to check to see if i have a broken wire from the plug to ecm because everything else is good its either wire short or bad ecm unless theres something i dont know to test for.Im not showing any codes.I need a good scan tool that tells me what the ecm is seeing.While on that topic anyone know what kind i need to tell me this.Im looking at the ones at advance and walmart the walmart is $100 and the advance one is $250 or $300 something like that but id like to know if its what i need for my 87 plus id like to know if it will work on all obd2 cars as well.Thanks experts!!!!!!!ohh yea i need thoes pin # and/or wire colors mostly lol.....

I would say.It should be the same if you have the 165 ecm like mine
