NEED A PROM CHIP

Hi I have a 1991 RS V6 3.1 with a Manual Transmission and there is only one stock numbered chip for it (automatic chip won't work) and mines bad can anyone help, thank you, George.

I would head to a junk yard for sure but they may wish to sell entire ECU. Ebay?
