Crazy serial data, with video! HELP ME

I have had this problem since I did my MPFI swap, I have tried everything I could think of to fix it, different PCM, un-install and reinstall TPRT and Scannerpro. Today I did the one thing I hadnt yet, replaced the wire from the PCM to the OBD2 port. I have also tried a different computer. I think I may have a bad cable but haven't heard from Craig yet about what I can do.

This is a video of what ScannerPro displays, its alot more interesting than the TPRT dash, that only shows little bits of data every now and then, with SP its jumping all around. The truck runs fine and in the video its KOEO but it does the same thing running or not. The top left gauge is the tach.

I dont have a video of TPRT doing it but I do have a few logs of it I could email anyone if they want to see.

What the hell is going on? I need to log!
