CCP vs PE mode

I have read thru this post on this matter:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...-cell-blk.html

However, this post seems to be specific to the speed density 730 ECM and the $8D mask. I have looked thru my lastest bin file (165 ECM $6E mask) with TunerPro and find one item concerning CCP labeled "If CCP Chg Force INT to 128". I dont think that this is what I want.

Furthermore, TunerCat has no constants or other dealing with CCP.

Can someone use another tuning program and check to see if something about CCP exists with the 165 ECM and the $6E mask. I can send you my .bin file if you send me your email address by PM. In the mean time, I am going to research this matter some more.

EDIT: Background on this post can be found in: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/dfi-...ystem-can.html
For some unknown reason, my ECM will not go into PE mode. Also, I noticed that while I was setting the TPS voltage with the key on and the engine off, I heard a whine of a small electric motor (or something else maybe) coming from the charcoal canister. I have never heard this whining before with only the key in the on position. (And if you guys dont help me, I am going to start whining myself!)
