EBL running lean
So I've had the car running a few time with the new HSR.
Pulled it out today in the driveway let it warm up. WB reads 16 or greater at idle. When I give it gas its still running 16-18 range.
Outside air temp is 35 degrees
Mechanically here's what I got
timing is 6 degrees BTDC
Fuel pressure running is 40 psi
Vac is greater than 14
How do I go about getting into tunerpro and richen it up a bit?

As I mentioned, a short answer. However, how does the engine run?

I'm a little tired at this moment (too much snow to clear), so will keep the answer short. I would venture that the WB reading is not correct. At 17:1, the engine would have trouble running. At 18:1, the engine would not be running.

Runs nice! I would tend to believe that the WB reading is not correct. Or that there is an exhaust leak prior to the sensor. If running closed loop with a NB O2 sensor can do some VE Learns with the BLM mode. Will need to drive the car around to do this.
If there is an exhaust leak running VE Learn via the WB will overly enrich the tune. Same if an exhaust leak affects the NB O2 sensor.
RBob.

yes, I agree I need to get some VE learns in as soon as possible.
I had a bit more time to play with this today seens how I'm home
One thing I noticed is when I put the car in gear at 800 RPMs I'm actually running 8 degrees BTDC.
So when the car is cold and warming up WB is ranging 13-15. Appears to be idling nice just like the video.
Once my temp is coming up my wideband is then reading closer to 17 and 18 and my engine starts to dip. A dip to me meaning its dropping in rpms then coming back up, then dropping again. Almost as if it starvin for something one second then gets and and starves again. Temp at this point has reached 160 degrees or higher.
I will start with recalibrating the WB, just to note to even my nbo2 is reading lean. My NBo2 is read from a seperate gauge inside the car
Re: EBL running lean
I had two ext leaks during early days of tuning my crossfire conversion. One at header/head gasket then I discovered another at both collector to ext pipes(duals). That one took a while to develop as the connection had no lock washers.
When it goes CL(160F) you may see the BLM's pegged at 160(adding fuel).
RBob: if it is underfueling at OL with OL/coolant rpm tables correctly set to a reasonable value could not the BPC be off at that VAC area where idles?
I see in backround neighbor coming after you with baseball bat. He works third shift.

Re: EBL running lean
I retighten my header bolts to heads. And also retighten my bolts at the collector on each side. My WB is located prior to the collector on the passenger's side. The one thing I did forget to do was recalibrate the Innovate WB prior to reinstallation.
If I can get the weather to work with me i will try to get some more data as well as get a few VE learns in using the BLM's.
As it stands as the car heats up the mixture appears to get leaner and does start to stall out a bit just like I described above. If it continues down the same path I'll get more video.
Yeah Ron that neighbor won't be back!..
