85 ECM to 86 '165

Hey guys, So I got the power and burn-off relays as BW rather than delco.
I just finished my 85 ECM repin and splicing per the guide in our tech section.
I've plugged in my new 86 '165 ECM and my relays. The car starts fine and idles well. However, ive tried datalogging with tunerproRT and multiple bins. For some reason all of my datastreams come in as 160 baud still.....so I'm sort of confuzed.

According to tunerproRT, the 32/32b datastreams are 160 baud for 1986. My 6E definition won't even connect to the ECM, I suspect this is because my '165 ECM doesnt have a 6E mask Chip physically in it. So does anyone have any ideas what might be happening? I thought maybe I should burn a test ARAP bin as 6E and throw it in the '165 ECM and see if the datalog is faster baud. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?

To get 8192 need to put a 10K resistor across ALDL terminals A&B. Then once the data starts remove the resistor. Try this first at key-on, engine-off. Then see if it works with a running engine.
