Need reference number for 87 or 88 ECM

I swiched my third gen TPI from a 305 to a 350 dual fan, 700R4, MAF. I have been told I could use a stock 87 or 88 ECM (I am told that would be pre-VATS), however, I have no idea how to find the correct part or ECM numbers. I am short on experience with and could use some guidance. What should I expect to pay and should it be hard to find?

86-89 TPI motors (305 and 350) and a few others all used a 1227165 ECM. i've seen them go on ebay for $30 all the time. at that point, you'll need a 350 MEMCAL(that doesn't use VATS) or the ability to tune yourself. does your 91 not have VATS or did you already bypass it? if so, the bypass or working PASSKEY module should still work with the 86-89 ECM as well.

Re: Need reference number for 87 or 88 ECM

The ECM is not actually for my 91. I put a third gen TPI in a 69 Impala. There is no VATS and I was hoping I could use an ECM and chip from a stock 87 or 88 350, MAF, 700R4. I believe these years were before VATS. I don't have chip burning access nor do I know much about it. If a stock chip would work, I'd use it. The only thing I'm not sure of is the temp of the fans and if they used two fans in 87 or 88.
