Faulty ECM?

Okay, I just performed an lb9 swap over my 2.8 v6, everything is installed, but for some reason, the injectors wont pulse to fire. I know the ecm is supposed to ground the injectors out, as 12v is supposed to be constant at pnk/blk wire. Also, when cranking, with my scan tool hooked up, no rpms are registered when it turns over, and it shows a desired idle of 3188?? im not finding any wiring problems, ive pretty much done everything but ecm replacement. Has anyone any advice?

Re: Faulty ECM?

is the distributor and module new or u are using the one that came with? check the ignition module, that will also prevent the injectors to pulse.

Re: Faulty ECM?

the module and pickup coil are new, i traced the ecm reference wire out of the ICM purp/white, and it goes to ecm, with no shorts or problems , tested ICm and pickup coil with old school vantage meter, tested good
