Have no history on my 88 camaro purchased in July from a salvage yard needed trans rebuilt and head gaskets has check engine light had it scanned was told it was running in limp mode gave a mass air flow code, cleared code the car seemed not to run as good as before. Now the light is back on and it appears to be running better?????? Is there a chance some upgrades have been done that cause this?

 

Bad MAF sounds like to me.
