350 with 305 memcal

Just checking to see if a 92 350 TPI will run with a 91 305 TPI memcal? I know I'll have to reprogram the eprom, but wondering if the limp home and knock sensors from the 305 memcal will work on a 350 TPI, or if I'll have to hunt up an actual 350 TPI memcal?
