it's a 1227730...

all 7730s will interchange with each other, but if it has the AUXW MEMCAL in it that the sticker implies, that's intended for a ~91 beretta/corsica with a 3.1 and a TH125C

does this mean u can use the computer and just change the prom? to one that works with the 350/auto?

Yes.

In this case, it's a MEMCAL that is changed, has the PROM built into it.
