best custom chips?

best custom chips?
car: 1989 Formula 350
build: Original L98, Fast Burn Vortec Heads, ZZ4 Cam, AS&M Runners, 24lb/hr Injectors, Dyno Don Headers, ORYP, Hooker Cat Back (1.5 self alligning rrs, fluidampr...)
engine is almost together. with this relatively mellow camshaft, do i NEED a custom chip for the engine to run properly?
what does a good one cost? 5 or 600 bucks?
who do you recommend to buy a custom chip from?

heads, cam and headers all pretty much REQUIRE custom tuning.
