I dont know what to do. Can someone help?

I have a 5 speed 92 T/A with a speed density 305 tpi and im putting a heavily modified 383 in it. I'd rather stay with fuel injection but I dont know if I need to get a different ecm or if I need to get a chip burned for mine. Either way, I need to know which ecm to get or where and how to get a chip burned. Please help me!

It will need tuning, no way around that. The stock ECM is more then capable of running that engine. The only good tuner is the one that is done hands-on.

And it is becoming more difficult to find shops that will tune these older cars. Seems they don't like to burn chips anymore, as that is the criteria they seem to use. They are ways around that.

You can also do the tuning yourself. This has advantages as when additional changes to the engine/drivetrain are made you can then make the required changes to the tune.

To tune it will need the following equipment from www.moates.net:

BURN2 Chip Programmer
C2 SST 27SF512 Chip
G1 Memory Adapter
ALDU1 and CABL1 (ALDL cable for data logging)

Then at www.tunerpro.net, get Tuner Pro RT. This is used to edit the calibration, observe the ALDL data, and log the ALDL data.

See my sig for the EBL P4 Flash system.
