Which chip works the best?

I got a 92 RS and looking to start doing some upgrades. I want to add a performance chip but not sure which one to get. Any ideas, suggestions, advice, opinions???

In my opinion, NONE. They are mostly a waste of money. typically from what I have seen, they only do minor changes to the fuel and spark maps and lower the fan on and off so you can use a 160 thermostat which is a very bad idea as these motors don't run well below 180. Again, just my opinion.
