Incorrect Data From ECM to Laptop

Has anyone noticed inaccurate data on your laptop with the Moates cable? For example, if I set the the TPS to .54v at the sensor with voltmeter and then look at the data on my laptop it shows 1.06v in WinALDL. Anyone know what is up with this?

Im sure the formula at the tps is incorrect use tuner pro much easier to read and more accurate on the tps
