02 reading all over

Car: Today? 98 GMC Sonoma
Engine: Seriously? The Sonoma has a TPI 305
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 7.625/4.10
02 reading all over

Is this normal? TP RT readings everywhere from 200's to 800's and changes so fast I can't read it. (Digital display at the moment).
I'm not sure what the reading is as far as ratio or voltages, that's just the numbers it's displaying.

Spark advance rel to tdc at idle swings a lot also.

In closed loop the O2 is supposed to swing rich/lean. It just averages stoich AFR.

Most car ECMs have idle compensation SA, that is why it moves around so much.
