Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Stock
put a new ecm in and check engine light flashing rapidly
It is flashing rapidly but when I use the pin method to get codes it doesn't give me any codes, I'm not sure what to do to fix this or what it could be

The rapid flashing indicates a bad/missing chip or bad ECM.

Its a brand new ecm. And before I put in the new one the car wouldnt start because the old one was bad
