No code 12 ???

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt disc 3.27
No code 12 ???
So I had the check engine light come on and off a number of times while driving. Did the jumper wire test and all I got was two quick flashes and then the light stayed on. No code 12, nothing. Any ideas?
I've been having other issues with this car that might be related such as:
-primary fan always running
-running stupidly rich
-hesitation/stalling when shifting from park to reverse or drive, or drive to reverse or vise versa
-torque converter not locking
Actually have only had the TC lock up twice ever, and that was when the check engine light came on. It also ran and idled and shifted real nice when the TC was locking those two times.

It was a bad ECM. Tuned Performance connected me with a good ECM and a reprogramed memcal. Just got the package the other day. Plugged it in and all my troubles went away =)
