is there anyone who can test ecm's and prom's?
my mil is not doing the initial handshake blink when i first turn the key on. iac counts are stuck at 160 o2 reads pig rich no matter what (plugged in or not). blm's stay at 128 yet it smells rich an goes through 2 gals in 5 miles.
replaced every sensor brand new motor. checked all grounds even added a few.
im at wits end with this car.

Check the inputs to the ECM first before replacing it.
Based on your username I assume you have a 92 which would be a 7730 ECM.

BLMs might stay at 128 if open loop. Have you checked your plugs? Do they all look rich, or just a few? Are you going into closed loop? It sounds like you are scanning it; does everything look good?
