Camaro 1985 iroc z28 fuel pump problem

Hi I have a camaro 85 fuel injection I have a problem mi car won't start I check the fuel pump relay and I have power on the orange cable but on the dark green/white wire is no power I traced all the way to the ECM and check for power and is no power going out so I check the fuel pump by pass it and work fine and I can turn on the car but ones I turn it off it won't star, when I run the car bypass it I have oil pressure and all works fine but no power coming out from the ecm I being searching and they told me it can be the ignition switch please help

There is a small transistor in the ECM that drives the fuel pump relay. It is common for them to pop. I use a 2N2907 or a PN2907 transistor to replace them.

Hi is that transistor located inside the ecm ? Where can I buy that part ? I check the fuel pump the relay is new and I put a switch to feed that dark green/white wire and it runs but I want to fix it the right way thank you for replaying me back

Electronics store for the transistor. The PN2907 is easier to get and is a plastic cased unit.

Arrow points to the one that usually fails. Note that GM also used a fully plastic one in that location. Such as the one to the right of it but taller.
