What gains Would I see with a custome lvl 2 tune?

86 trans am lb9 TPI... Intake,exhaust ignition is all I have done. And example would be hawks third gen lvl 2 tune

Level 2 does not actually mean anything. We would need to know exactly what they were changing. Although if all you have done is intake, exhaust and ignition I would not waste the money and I would save for other bolt ons then tune
