I have a 91 camaro annd the vats is actin up, drivin me insane. anybody know how i can get around it? bypass it somehow?

I'm picking up an Eprom setup, just going to tune it out and run a hidden power kill switch and fuel cut-off. I don't want to have to use resistors, or a bypass box that some goon can car get the car running with just a screwdriver...
