Datalogging parameter questions

Hey guys,
I just put together a 5.7 TPI with a zz4 cam. I am in the process of working out all of the bugs as the wiring harness was a mess from prior owner. I am using tuner pro RT to datalog and was wondering if anyone could see if anything looks out of whack. I know the usual parameters like TPS etc. The mass air gm/sec seems high, could be the cam?The car is running rough, hunts at idle and seems to have a miss. I also get shuttering when the torque converter locks up. When it is cold i get a code 36 and sometimes a code 33 along with it. I put up a screen shot of when the car was idling in the 800-900 range, I bumped the idle down to 650-700 and the second and third screen shot shows that. I really would appreciate any assistance as I am brand new to using datalogging. Thanks in advance for any input.
