Engine swap to HSR and tpi ecm and harness NO FUEL

Hey guys, I'm going crazy over here. I finally got my build and swap wrapped up over thanksgiving. When I hit the key, I had no check engine light and the engine cranked over great. The problem was the fuel pump didn't prime. I tripped the relay and the fuel pump would come on with the wire jumped to 12v. I got solid pressure in the rails but then the injectors weren't pulsing. The car would fire on starter fluid but won't fuel itself. I checked the injectors and both sides of each injector had a solid light with the key on.

I'm running out of ideas. I'm worried the used ecm I picked up may be bad. It is out of an 87 firebird. I burned a prom suggested by RBob for an 89 with $6e since. I'm using the hsr intake. I was going to make my own harness but just didn't have the time so I sent my tbi harness to be modified by tpiparts. Everything in the harness seems fine.

Any thoughts on what I can try next. I want to burn another chip and use exactly the prom I started with before I messed with Amy parameters to see if I messed something up. Unfortunately I won't be home again til the 26th. I need to figure out my aldl cable as well. I haven't used it in forever and in the couple hours I had to troubleshoot the last time I was home I couldn't get it to actually connect properly.

That's where I'm at... Thoughts?

With no check engine light the ECM may not have power. Check the inline fuse under the hood, passenger side, runs from radiator support back through the firewall. That fuse is power for the ECM and fuel pump.

If you mean the one up by the battery tray, I checked it and it seems fine. When I turn the key the vats light comes on for a few seconds then goes out. That means vats isn't stopping it right? Otherwise the light would stay on?

I'm beginning to think there's either a critical flaw with my prom or the ecm itself. I can't find anything else that would keep the pump and injectors from working..

If you swapped a harness over, I'd highly recommend a buzz out before condemning the ECM.
