Where do I go to get a PROM burned?

Where do I go to get a PROM burned?
I am speculating on converting from TPI to miniram, but I don't want to pay the extra $$$ for the miniram level IV prom. Only problem is I don't know what kind of money I can save going elsewhere because I have no idea on where to go. Can any of you point me in the right direction? Thanks.

and read the whole article, maybe 2 or 3 times to fully understand it. Then read bunch of the posts (as many as you can) in the DIY_PROM board. You'll then understand why the TPIS prom is junk and why you'll want to burn your own for less than $300.
This way, you can make as many changes as you want and as many times as necessary.
