my TPS only goes to 4.3 volts at WOT.(glad I finally got a scanner)and thats with my floor mat out,was 4.15 with it,and thats really leaning on the petal like I don't think I should have to.At what voltage does the ECM see full throttle??and where can I find a list of where all my values should be??

There is a table in the eprom that you can set at what %TPS the engine goes into Power Enrichment (the ECM's term for WOT).
This %TPS varies over various RPMs but for most cars, the ECM is in PE/WOT @ 70% TPS.
I personally like setting the %TPS to engage PE a little lower. Depending on the RPM range, I engage PE from 65% (lower rpm) to 45% (higher rpm).
Right now, your TPS sounds about normal. Don't believe this BS that you need 4.5+ volts to engage PE. It just isn't true. It's completely conrolled in the eprom and if you want to change it, that is the place.

The factory specs call for .54@idle and 4.49@wot with a =or- .07volts.
