ECM/MAF Question

I have a '87 GTA that is getting a code 15 and 36. in regards to the MAF code, My MAF relay is working fine....but it seems that the MAF itself is not receiving a power signal that i believe is supposed to come from the computer. Is there something that tells the computer to signal for power to the MAF? or is my computer just faulty? I dont believe the MAF is bad, i think it is brand new. or so it looks. But it is not receiving a signal from the computer to power up. all the wires going to the relay are working, but still the power wire going to the MAF is getting no light when tested. BTW: where is the best place to get a replacement ECM for my year? in case it does turn out to be the computer itself at fault. Thanks.

ARE BOTH MAF relays working??? as in there is a MAF POWER RElay and a MAF BURNOFF relay..Both need to be in working order...Then I would check the wires going to the power relay...If they are getting power than the ecu is OK...It just seems suspect that the power would not be getting to the sensor but the rlay checks as getting power and working properly...Then its a wiring issue...ID start with the sensor and work through the wiring backwords with a good voltmeter.
