help!! 88 tbi won't start, flashing cel rapidly and fuel pump relay doesn't stop buzz
Hey guys,
So, I jumped the ecm to see why he won't start, noticed it was flashing rapidly.
Then I heard all fuel pump relay clicking away and the injectors were spraying. Disconnected the relay harness, that stopped the spray, but the ecm stayed flashing rapidly..
I changed the IBM thinking it was it, car gave me a no start issue , changed the icm and it started up. Same symptom this time, except now it's flashing the cel, rapidly.

The rapidly flashing CEL is from either a bad PROM, wrong PROM, or missing PROM. The ECM is in limp mode.
