Innovate LC1 WB -issues

Got an ancient Innovate LC1 wideband . I have connected one of the LC1 analogue outputs to my aftermarket ECU and despite some problems its mostly been working for the last 10 years. The output is programmed to give 0 volt at AFR 10 and 5 volts at AFR 20. Every now and then I have checked the output from the LC1 and its Always followed the programmed voltage curve. Recently when forcing the LC1 to give 1 and 2volts (flat line) everything was ok and the correct voltage was generated but when programming 3 volts output, the LC1 sends out 4,2 volts! Tried different sensors, free air calibration even cutting the wire going to the ECU-no change. The same thing with the second analogue output. The display (XD16) however shows correct AFR values. Its very strange, I have not changed any wiring or settings and out of nowhere this happen. Any ideas how to fix this before I toss it and get something from 14point7?
TIA

It's time to pitch it, not a fan of their stuff anyway. If for nothing else there are way better O2's out there now.
