Idle change when using a noid light

1987 Camaro 350 TPI. I think I have a couple misfiring cylinders. When I unplug the offending injectors, the idle does not change. My question is; since the idle changes when plugging in a noid light does this indicate anything specific? The idle goes up a bit.
