What relay is it

There is a relay on the front driver side of my 88 camaro tpi rite behind the head lights next to the radiator and it has a 10 amp inline fuse what is this relay and fuse for thanks

I figured out what relay it was for the fog lights. Does the 88 camaro 305 tpi have a crank position sensor or just a knock sensor
