Want to know whare to purchase one that comes with fittings to mount on fuel rail

Don't know that there are any. I know Accel used to make one but it was known to leak. ....I bought a gauge off ebay for about 20 bucks, and went to the hardware store to find some fittings. Been using it for several years without issue.

edit** ....wow so I stand corrected. LOTS available! ....a quick search of TPI fuel pressure gauge revealed LOTS of options. Did you actually look?

Don't. It is of very little use. Get a fuel pressure gauge that has a hose to connect to to the fuel pressure port (-4 or JIC). A liquid filled gauge is best, as long as it isn't left under the hood.
