The bawx will work for 90-92
the only difference i know is that the 1990 3.1 has the secondary air inj. before the o2 sensor and the 1991,1992 after the o2 sensor directly into the cat

I would think if that’s the case it would make a difference if the o2 is seeing additional air it needs to compensate.

so i bought a ARPL ,listet for 1991 and 1992 only i hope this works on my 1990

I don’t know why the binary program is different in 90.
The letters on the memcal or bcc identifys the usage. Gear ratio/ transmission type , year used , application.
