3.4L Manul trans swap into a 3.1

Car: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anniversary
Engine: 3.4L v6 with a t3/t4 Turbo
Transmission: T-5 Conversion
Axle/Gears: 3.23 SLP Limited Slip
3.4L Manul trans swap into a 3.1
i need to know if a 3.4l firebird manual transmision will swap into a 3.1 liter camaro. if so will i need anything special to do so? i need to know soon so the trans doesnt run away before i get to it!

Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 4.10 Posi
If it's a manual trans you shouldn't have too many problems considering the fact that you are controlling the shift points and not the computer. As for mounting dimensions, I'm not positive, but I believe it's pretty straightforward.

You will need a clutch for the 3.4l, not the 3.1l. Front splines are different requiring this.
the 3.4 shifter hole is about .5-.75" futher back then the hole for a 3.1.
