Ecm delete + efi wiring.

Im going to be Using a fitech efi system on my 86-97 tbi 350 engine. Is it possible to tap into the stock relays? And after i remove the original (fried) ecm. . I need to know what wiring will be left for the car and what i can tap into. Basically like converting to a carb but trying to use original relays It doesnt matter what im choosing to go with here. If you can help. Respond if you cant please dont waste the thread im just looking for a bit of help because it needs a new ecm and throttle body anyway so i chose to go this route. Ive done all this before but to a carbed engine so i ran all the wires other than ignition and electrical for the car itself in other words there was no ecm delete or harness removal or relays to mess with. Im trying to be sure if i remove the ecm that the alternator, starter, dist wires will still be there. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
