No injector power

Hey I bought a 86 firebird 2.8 and the car doesn’t start because I’m not getting any power to the injector plugs. I’m getting like .7. I thought ecm was bad after several different tests. I ordered a new one and the issue stayed the same. I don’t know what the problem is. Any tips?

Re: No injector power

positive comes from the injectors fuse. I think there's 2.

the ecm switches ground. so check that you have power from one injector terminal to ground like block. or battery. if not trace that. if you have but don't have the switched ground side while cranking. check at the ecm terminal. if you don't have that check you have rpm while cranking with a scanner. could be ign related, the ecm needs rpm sig to fire injectors

I don't remember if vats shuts off injectors or just the pump
