305 to 350

I just jot a home computer so forgive me if I do anything wrong...Anyway I have a 87 camaro 305 tpi. Blew up the motor so I went to the junk yard and jot a L98 out of a 89 Pontac GTA. Bolted all my old stuff on it, accept the injectors and fuel reg. I used off the L98. Now my check eng light comes on. When i pull the code it says oxgen sensor failure. What do I do to fix it? Thanks

oxygen sensor

I would start by making sure that your oxygen sensor is hooked up. its located in the driver side exhaust manifold where the manifold and the y-pipe connect. Just follow the wire and there should be a plug. If its plugged in you need a new sensor. just get a new sensor, replace the old one and that should solve that.
