Speed density conversion
I have a 1987 350 TPI MAF with a 1227165 ECM. What is involved with changing over to speed density ? I know the ECM will have to be changed & the MAF removed & MAP added, but what else ? Especially the wiring. Can the existing harness be repinned? What about wiring the MAP ? Thanks in advance.

and soak it all in.
There are 2 ways of doing it: re-pinning the wiring harness, or making an adapter so that you could switch back and forth between MAF and MAP. Thread
